- What subscription plans do you offer?
Arkk Pure offers two subscription plans:
- The Arkk Z Plan includes a water filtration system that provides unlimited pure water directly from your tap, along with a separate single-lever tap.
- The Arkk Z + Mineral Filter Plan includes everything in the Arkk Z Plan, plus an additional Mineral Filter that adds essential minerals to your water.
Both plans require a minimum 24-month contract and include premium services like filter replacements and service call-outs, ensuring you get the best value.

- What is paid upfront?
When you sign up for your subscription on our website, the only upfront cost is the installation fee. Our team will then contact you to schedule your installation, and your plan payments will begin on the day of installation. - What happens if my subscription payment fails?
If your subscription payment fails, you'll receive an email notification and be charged an additional €5/£5 fee. We'll try to process the payment again. If it still doesn’t go through, your subscription may be temporarily suspended or put on hold until the issue is resolved. - What happens if I cancel my subscription before the end of the term?
If you cancel your subscription before the 24-month term is up, you'll need to pay the remaining balance on your contract, plus a €90/£90 uninstallation fee. Once the balance is settled, no further payments will be charged, and your subscription will not be renewed.

- Does the Arkk Z system require electricity to operate?
Yes, but it uses very little electricity - about €25 per year. This small amount of power is essential for the system to function properly. - What is the is the size of the Arkk Z?

- Can I add a mineral filter to the Arkk Z system?
- What is a mineral filter and what will it do for me?
A mineral filter is an add-on that enriches your water with essential minerals like calcium and magnesium. These minerals are great for your health and improve the taste of your water. - What is the lifespan of the Arkk Z system?
We can’t tell you exactly how long your system will last. We have customers who have had their system for over 20 years. It depends on the quality of your water and how often you get it serviced. We would recommend upgrading your system between 8-12 years. - What if there’s a leak?
It is very rare that a leak will occur but if there's a leak, the waterproof smart panel ensures there's no risk of electrical leakage. Please refer to your user manual and if the problem persists, contact us here. - Can I use the Arkk Z system with a water softener?
Yes, you can have the Arkk Z installed if you have a water softener in your home already. - What is RO (reverse osmosis)?
Reverse Osmosis is a process that takes any water back to complete pureness, by putting water through a series of different filters and a membrane.
The Arkk Pure Systems are fitted to your mains cold water, usually near your kitchen sink. They work using a pump to push water through 5 stages of filtration. Each filter does a different job in the purification process. The filters we use are industry-leading technology in water purification. When it comes to water we don't mess around. You deserve the best! - What does an Arkk Pure system remove from water?
Effectively removes over 100 harmful substances, achieving a 99.99% purification rate. These include Chlorine, Fluoride, Lead, and various other contaminants like Arsenic, Chloramine, THMs, Microplastics, limescale, and more.

- Is professional installation available?
Yes, the Arkk Pure system can only be installed by one of our specialist technicians. They’re trained to ensure everything is set up correctly, so you always have pure water at your tap.. - If I move, can I re-install?
Yes, you can re-install your system when you move. The re-install must be done by one of our technicians, and the cost is €90/£90. - Can I install the filtration system myself?
Unfortunately, no. Only our trained technicians can perform the installation. Installing the filtration system requires specialised knowledge, so we can't guarantee its performance if not installed by our technician. - Can I install the tri-flow tap myself?
Yes, you can easily install the tri-flow tap yourself. However, if you choose a tri-flow tap when purchasing your system, our technicians will handle the installation, and the cost is included. - I don’t own my home. Can I still have the water filtration system installed?
Absolutely! You can still have a water filtration system installed in your rented home. However, we recommend getting permission from the property owner before installation, as we may need to drill a small hole (around 6 mm) in your counter top for the separate tap. - How long does the installation take
The Arkk Pure installation typically takes around 1.5 to 2 hours, especially if you're getting a tri-flow tap. Someone must be present during the installation. Once completed, the system will be ready to use, providing you with pure, safe water immediately.
Filter Replacement and Servicing Queries
- Is the annual service included?
Yes, the annual service is included! We’ll send replacement filters to your address every year, based on the recommended schedule: every 12 months for the Pre-filter and every 24 months for the membrane. There’s no extra fee for this.
- Why do I need annual service?
Annual service is essential to keep your system running smoothly. We recommend replacing the filters every 12 months to ensure optimal performance. The cost of the filters is included in your monthly subscription.
- Can I change the filter filters by myself?
Yes, you can easily change the filter cartridges yourself. It’s a simple process that involves just one twist. Instructions will be included with your replacement filters.
- How do I know when to change filters?
The recommended replacement schedule is every 12 months for the Pre-filter and every 24 months for the membrane. You’ll receive notifications each year when your filters are due for delivery.
You’ll also get reminders through colour-coded indicators: blue means everything is good, while red means it’s time for a filter change. If you see a red light on your system, contact us, and we’ll assist you to ensure you continue to have pure, safe water from your tap.
- Can I recycle used filter cartridges?
At this time, used filter cartridges cannot be recycled.
- How do I troubleshoot common installation or maintenance issues?

- How much water should I drink?
The recommended water intake varies depending on factors like age and gender. On average, adult men (14 years and older) should aim for about 2.5 litres of water per day, while adult women (14 years and older) should aim for around 2.0 litres.
It's important to stay hydrated as our bodies naturally lose water throughout the day.
